La Caprareccia Country House is a piece of paradise located to an altitude of 500 meters. The greenery and the nature of which it is sourrounded make the house a perfect place to escape from the noise of the town. An holiday home, with private swimming pool, in which you will have a memorable stay!
The nearest village is Esanatoglia (3 km far), also known as one of the "Borghi più belli d'Italia" (most beautiful villages in Italy). Here, you can find a pharmacy, grocery stores, bakeries, “pizzerie” and restaurants. Moreover, Esanatoglia is only 7 km from Matelica and 12 km from Fabriano, the nearest towns which offer all kind of facilities.
THE VILLA
The house, completely in stone, is composed of 3 floors and can host up to 6 people. Therefore, it is ideal for families or for groups of friends.
On the ground floor, at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen with wood oven and a fireplace, the living room and a bathroom; on the first floor,there is a double room, a bathroom (with shower), an hallway with a sofa bed and a terrace overlooking the hills. Lastly, the loft on the second floor hosts another double bed and a single bed (with an additional trundle single bed).
In the wide external garden, you can enjoy the private swimming pool and the barbeque.

Kitchen
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an electric oven and an internal wood-burning oven.
Linen
You will be provided with sheets, bath and pool towels. A washing machine is also available.
Garden
The house is surrounded by a large and colorful garden, where you can eat, have a cold drink, tan or simply relax and enjoy the amazing view.
BBQ
In the garden you will find a concrete BBQ.
Private swimming pool
A private and exclusive swimming pool (5 m x 10 m) to have fun and cool off during warm summer days.
Wifi
You can enjoy free wi-fi connection during the whole stay.
